2012-13 Season
The Reno Chamber Orchestra’s 2012-13 season includes five concerts, featuring Maestro Theodore Kuchar, the outstanding musicians of the RCO, and world-renowned guest artists including:
- September 15/16, 2012: Violinist Elena Urioste, first place laureate at the Sphinx Competition and featured artist at the Marlboro Festival
- November 3/4, 2012: Harpist Jana Bouskova, principal harpist of the Czech Philharmonic and named one of the Czech Republic’s ten most distinguished women
- January 26/27, 2013: Guest conductor Victor Yampolsky, music director of the Peninsula Music Festival and Northwestern University professor; and the winner of the RCO’s annual College Concerto Competition
- March 2/3, 2013: Pianist Robert Levin, who has made world-famous recordings of the concertos of Beethoven, Mozart and Bach, and is one of the world’s great Mozart scholars; pianist Ya-Fei Chuang, much-recorded pianist who, like Robert Levin, has been a featured performer at the RCO’s Nevada Chamber Music Festival; and the University of Nevada, Reno Chamber Singers (Dr. Paul Torkelson, director)
- April 6/7, 2013: Pianist Gabriela Martinez, first prize winner at the Anton G. Rubinstein International Piano Competition

We have once again maintained last season’s affordable ticket prices, with the goal of being more meaningful, and accessible, to more people. All youth eighteen and under and full-time students can still attend for just $5.
Season Tickets:
Level A: $200 (first-time buyers $150)
Level B: $150 (first-time buyers $100)
Level C: $100 (first-time buyers $100)
Youth (18 and under) and full-time students: $25
Individual Concert Tickets:
Level A: $40 per concert
Level B: $30 per concert
Level C: $20 per concert
Youth (18 and under) and full-time students: $5 per concert
