Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about your new 24/25 season subscription & 24/25 subscription renewals

W When are renewals due?              
        Current subscribers seats are held through May 13, 2024. Starting on May 14, 2024 single subscriptions will be available to the general public and current subscription seats are no longer guaranteed. Subscriptions can still be renewed after May 14th, but if your previous seats are no longer available a seat change may be required.



W How do I purchase my subscription?                       
         Starting on Tuesday May 14, 2024, new subscribers may purchase their subscription by phone, mail, or online. Renewals are available now by mail or phone only. 

 
Subscription by phone:
Call our offices Monday - Friday 10 am to 3 pm at 775-384-9413 and speak with Amanda Gunderman, who will help you complete your purchase.

 
Subscription by mail:
If you received a season subscription packet, complete the detachable portion and return to the RCO by mail with your check or credit card payment. If you'd like to print a copy of the order form, or view the packet online, you may do so by clicking the underlined words above. 

 
New Subscription online:
Please note, subscription renewals are only available by phone or mail. To purchase a new subscription online click any of the "Subscribe now" buttons on the 24/25 season page to access our ticketing portal. Online subscription sales will not be active until May 14, 2023.

Once you have accessed our ticketing portal, follow the steps to select your seats first, at Hall Recital Hall for February 1 or 2, 2025, and then for the remaining season concerts at Nightingale Concert Hall. Once you have selected your seats you must log in to our system by entering your email address, or clicking "checkout as guest."  Follow the steps to log into your user account. Some guests will have additional steps to complete to confirm their email addresses or request a password reset. 

Once your have completed the user login process, you may enter your payment at the right side of the screen. Press the "complete order" button once your payment details are complete. Your order will be finalized and tickets will be emailed to you instantly.

W Where can I view the venue seating maps?                     
        All venue seating maps are available on our Venues & Parking page here.




I would like to make a donation/am interested in sponsoring a musician this season, can I submit my donation with my subscription?
     Of course! We are happy to process your donations when you subscribe by phone, or include a donation in your personal check or credit card total when you complete your subscription packet. Those who purchase subscriptions online may enter a donation amount to the donation box on the right side of the screen when they process their payment through our ticketing portal.

inside the McKinley Arts Center, across from the offices of the Reno Philharmonic. The best parking is available on the west side of the building near the Keystone overpass. Enter through the westernmost exterior door. There is signage in the parking lot to guide you.
